AboutAbout us
What's Nusantara?
Nusantara is the name of the city set to become Indonesia's new capital from 2024.
It is also a compound
word for a group of islands: nusa (islands) and antara (between). In today's Indonesian language, the word
also refers to Indonesia's territory and territorial waters.
The Minangkabau chef has named the restaurant as a place that offers authentic flavors in a form familiar to Japanese people.
Concept
We offer authentic padang cuisine, said to be the best in the world, and a popular menu from Chinese restaurant Huaraku.
We will bring authentic flavors that can only be eaten locally to the people of Japan and the people of Indonesia living in Japan.

Hello to everyone in Japan. I'm Nini.
I planned to open my own shop earlier, but I had to wait three years because of the pandemic. Thanks to my relationship with the owner, I can open my own shop this time.
It's an Indonesian restaurant by real Minangkabau people. Enjoy the authentic taste.
Message
I would like to express my deepest gratitude for your continued patronage.
We are pleased to announce the opening of Nusantara, an Indonesian restaurant, on June 5.
It's my first time in the restaurant business in more than a decade, and this is my first time as an owner, but I hope that I can make a small contribution to the revitalization of the community and the spread of Indonesian cuisine.
I would appreciate it if you could keep a warm eye on whether the taste inherited from "Karaku" has been reproduced and guide us with a strict tongue.
I would like to thank all of you for your continued warm guidance.
