5 Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Our company does not provide personal information to third parties(Including those outside Japan.) without first obtaining the user's consent. However, this does not apply when the following requirements are required and the information is provided to a third party(Including those outside Japan.).

7 Disclosure of Personal Information

However, this does not apply if our company is not obligated to disclose such information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. 8 Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information
  1. In the event that our company is requested by a user to (1) correct the content of personal information under the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the information is not true, or (2) suspend the use of the information under the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the information is being handled outside the scope of the purpose for which it was previously made public, or that the information was collected by deception or other wrongful means, Sony will conduct the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request was made by the user himself/herself, and will correct or suspend the use of the personal information based on the results of the investigation, and notify the user accordingly.   2. When requested by a user to delete his or her personal information, our company will confirm that the request came from the user himself or herself, delete the personal information, and notify the user accordingly if our company deems it necessary to comply with the request.
  3. If our company is not obliged to make corrections, etc., or suspend the use of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the provisions of Article 8.1 and Article 8.2 do not apply.

10 Privacy Policy Modification Procedures
Our company will modify this policy as necessary.
