East Java soft fried chicken

Ayam penyet is an East Javanese dish made by frying patted tender chicken.
It is usually served with special spices, sambal and cucumber slices or tempe (Indonesian fermented food).

Basically, we serve them with bones, but if you ask us, we may serve them without bones.

A spicy and delicious dish with a unique flavor.

The rest of our restaurant menu is spicy in its own way, but so is Ayam penyet.
Tempe on the side may also be a strong habit for those who are not used to eating it.

If you like spicy chicken, this is for you.

We will continue to introduce Indonesian cuisine on an irregular basis.
See you in the next article.
