Instant noodle fried noodles

Like fried rice, fried noodles are present in dishes from Southeast Asian countries. Mie goren is Indonesian fried noodles.

It’s spicy and ethnic with garlic, onions, shallots, beef and spices, but our shop uses only halal ingredients, so there’s no pork in it.

Also, the noodles used in our restaurant are thin, like instant noodles, which may give a slightly different impression if you imagine eating Japanese yakisoba.

It’s spicy fried noodles, but you can afford it, right?

We have received feedback that our restaurant’s Nasi goreng is also spicy, but the Mie goreng is similarly seasoned.
I adjust the sweetness with ketchup manis, but it may still be a little spicy for the Japanese.

But if you’re used to super spicy cup yakisoba, our shop’s mie goreng is a cinch. If you want to try something spicy, we recommend this.

We will continue to introduce Indonesian cuisine on an irregular basis.
See you in the next article.
