If you thought you were going to meet the store’s opening time, but arrived at Hirano a little early, you might want to take a stroll around the Promenade Hirano, a promenade at the site of a stop on the Nankai Electric Railway Hirano Line.
It is a small tourist attraction located in a residential area slightly northeast of Osaka Metro Hirano Station.
A small park was established in April 1983 on the site of a former tramway on the Nankai Electric Railway’s Hirano Line, which was abandoned in November 1980 when the Tanimachi Line started operating between Tennoji and Yao Minami. The park features a hexagonal station building, signals, brick-laid rails, and railings using railroad ties.

Next to the promenade is Hirano Nankai Shopping Street (also known as Nankai Mall).
Nearly 40 years have passed since Nankai disappeared from the plains, but traces of its existence still remain in the nearby shopping district and its nickname.
Near the Hirano Nankai Shopping Street is the Sun Alley Hirano Honcho Shopping Street, and after parading through the promenade plains, you may enjoy exploring the two shopping streets before heading to our shop.
The shopping district is also dotted with famous temples, shrines and the “Machigurumi Museums,” so when you arrive at Osaka Metro Hirano Station, it’s a good idea to take a short detour.
