To begin with, go to Shin-Kami Station.
Shin-kami Station is a station on the Osaka Higashi Line, just off the Yamatoji Line station called Kami Station.
The Osaka Higashi Line is a line that runs through Hanaten Station and Kyuhoji Station from the underground platform of Osaka Station or Shin-Osaka Station, and you can also transfer to the Kansai Main Line or the Yamatoji Line from Kyuhoji Station.
Along the way, you can transfer to the JR Kyoto Line, the Hankyu-Kyoto Line, the Tanimachi Line, or the Keihan-Honsen Line, as well as the Imazatosuji Line, the Gakkentoshi Line, the Chuo Line, the Kintetsu-Nara Line, and the Kintetsu-Osaka Line, making it a convenient line, though not very frequent. If you’re coming from north or east of Osaka, or if you’re taking a non-JR line, it’s surprisingly recommended.
It is a relatively new station, there are escalators.
It is a little far from the shops, but the overall convenience of the station is not bad.
After exiting the ticket gate, turn left.
When you leave the station, go to the left. You’ll soon see the Yamatoji Line tracks and Kami Station.
When you cross the railroad crossing in front of Kami Station, you’ll see Sugawara Shrine on your left, so keep going straight and turn right instead of crossing the pedestrian bridge you saw in front of you.
With Ganko Hiranogo Yashiki on your right, keep going straight along the road until you see Kohnan PRO.
If you think you can cross the main street in front of you, Yao Kaido (Osaka Prefectural Road 5), cross over to the other side.
Turn left at the intersection in front of Kohnan PRO
Turn left at the intersection (corner of Ferris Kami) between Kohnan PRO and Matsui Memorial Hospital.
You’ll see two one-way streets, so take the second one-way street to the right.
You’ll see a traffic light called Kami-nishi in front of you, so go straight and cross the Hirano River.
Turn left just before Hirano Park and follow the road straight, then turn right at a coffee shop called Panzi. Then follow the road for a while. Follow the gentle curve and you’ll see the next signal.
After crossing the traffic light, turn right at the second block.
After crossing Prefectural Road 186, go straight. Turn right at the second crossroad and you’ll see a sign for Nusantara in front.
The road in front of Nusantara has heavy traffic, so please be very careful when crossing the road or use a nearby pedestrian crossing.
A walk of less than 25 minutes from Shin-kami Station.
Why not give it a try, including a trip on the Osaka Higashi Line?
