A pre-opening is scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, June 3, 2023, but due to lack of employee training and preparation, a number of missteps are expected.
In both cooking and customer service, I believe that the challenges and inadequacies that can be discovered only when the customer is actually invited will be revealed.
We will prepare as much as we can for the pre-opening, but we may not be able to provide enough service.
As a token of our appreciation and apology, we will be offering food at a special price on the day of the pre-opening for customers who still come with expectations.
We would appreciate it if you could ask us how much the price will be reduced when you visit.
If you’re willing to go out with them on a trial basis, or if you’re willing to give them strict guidance for the future, please come.
We are sorry for any inconveniences or mismanagement, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
