Ikan means fish, and Bakar means “broiled” fish.

Spicy grilled fish and special seasonings.

At first glance, it looks like grilled fish with a firm seared surface, but unlike Japanese grilled fish, it is already spiced during the cooking process. You might be a little surprised if you eat it as if it were just grilled with salt.

It’s spicy enough that you don’t have to use any of the seasonings that come with it, so try it as is first. I recommend trying to adjust the spiciness and taste after taking a bite.

We will continue to introduce Indonesian cuisine on an irregular basis.
