Curry soup? Soup curry? Soto Ayam
Soto Ayam is one of Indonesia’s original soups, Soto, that uses chicken, but the soup is a bit curry-like, and it’s hard to say whether it’s curry soup or soup curry, but if you think of it as chicken curry soup, Soto, you can easily imagine the taste.
Other than the spiciness, it seems to be familiar to Japanese people.
Like Soto Padang, unique ingredients, and Indonesian-style spiciness, but other than that, it’s a dish that everyone in Japan will be familiar with.
